Shipping Policy
At Young Supporters, we aim to get your orders out the door and into your hands as quickly as possible. Below you'll find details about our shipping methods, timeframes, and other useful info.
Processing Times
We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. During busy periods or sales events, processing may take up to 1 business day, but we’ll always do our best to ship quickly.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 business day (metro areas)
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods — keep an eye out for updates!
We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, and Canada.
Shipping Method:
- Standard International: 5–10 business days (via Australia Post, tracked)
At this time, Express International shipping is not available.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services in your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and fulfilled, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Public holidays
- High volume periods
- Customs processing for international orders

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Young Supporters, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To request a return, please email us at andrew@youngsupporters.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Once approved, we’ll offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover any return postage if required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty)
- We do not offer refunds on gift cards, sale items, or custom/personalised orders unless they are faulty
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
